Together, they have more than 40 years of real estate experience between them and easily over 100 million dollars in real estate sales production. They have recently joined together to form an REO Team known as “REO Guild Realtors”. (REO stands for Real Estate Owned or bank owned properties) They have avoided seeking bank owned listings these past couple of years so they could continue to focus on their referred clients.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">“Almost 80% of my business comes from referrals” says Mitch, and Kerry jokes that he always wears tennis shoes so he can keep up. Greg says that his “Passion” is &#8220;to make a positive difference in the lives of others&#8221;. They all share that goal and that is why Guild was formed. GUILD means, “persons with related interests, goals formed for mutual aid”.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Kerry, Greg and Mitch said they just got tired of hearing people complain about not being able to reach their realtor. “They never called us back or their voice mail box was always full”. Horror stories abound about how clients have looked at properties for months, made numerous offers and couldn’t get anything accepted. We decided, that if we worked together, we could help these people get what they want and still be able to take care of our referral business.</p>
