About Me

I began my career in Real Estate as a Sales Manager for a small California company in May of 2000. I obtained my Real Estate license in October of that year and started practicing Real Estate immediately. The next few years, I worked diligently at learning my profession and building my business. In October 2006, I obtained my California Brokers License and then in November 2010, I became a licensed Realtor in Nevada and I have since relocated to Las Vegas where I continue to learn, work and practice the profession that I love.

Due to changes in our real estate market, I found it necessary to make the time, effort and financial investment needed to obtain the knowledge and expertise to allow me to help the many homeowners who are finding themselves financially upside down in their homes. I have completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) Training and now proudly display the CDPE Designation as well as the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Designation. In addition, I have also completed the REO/BPO Certified Training Program dealing with the foreclosure market and am a Designated REO Specialist.

My passion truly is "to make a positive difference in the lives of others"!

Last May, I celebrated the 43rd anniversary of my 21st birthday. My wife Erika and I have been married for over 45 years. We have 3 grown sons and 9 grandkids. (6 boys and 3 girls)

I served in the U.S. Navy from November of 1964 through May of 1968 and spent time on both an aircraft carrier and a destroyer.

I truly enjoy helping people. I am fortunate! This business allows me to do so on a regular basis!
